In my opinion who has talent are more faster can learn the skills , such as I cnn not menory the vocabulary ,althrough I write and read still can not remenber ,this is horrible at all, My IELTS still not imporove.
In the other ways , talent can be trained but needs a great teacher ,great system to support and needs to use the long time to get that talent done.
