There have some ways can help you to building a health life.
The firstly,i think we can make our food more health,we can eat more health foods,like more vagetable less oil less fat . the things that we have to remmber is i must eat less snacks and this is most improtant is we absolutely cant eat food or any fat food in the night,Especily at time before when we sleep.when you can control what you eat,then you have been doing a big stape.
The secondly,the second improtant thing is we have to exercise , if we want have a better health life.whatever what kind of exercise,only help us move.that is all right,whatever walking,running or just stand up from chair.only what make us move all right.so just moving.
The thirdly,i think the other thing what can help us more health is we have to keep enough time to sleep.we only keep have enought time sleep,then we can keep good sense when we do anythings.
those are ways what can help us stay a better health life.i am doing this now.i think it is can help you.
