Making up situational dialogue ~ What’s up?

The topic of today’s dialogue practice was about loosing a cat. Based on the course dialogue, I tried to lengthen the situational dialogue and imagine how I would express it under such situation.

A: What’s up? You don’t look happy.
B: I’m actually very sad.
A: What happened?
B: I saw a street cat yesterday, and I brought it home.
A: Oh, is it ugly?
B: No! It’s cute and pretty.
A: Then why are you sad?
B: Because it’s gone this morning.
A: Where did you lose it ?
B: This morning when I was cleaning the car, it went out from the side door without my notice !
A: Have you looked for it nearby?
B: Yeah, but I can’t find it.
A: Try to look for it at where you first found it.
B: Ya, the thought didn’t occur to me(I should have thought of it). Thanks for reminding me .
A: Let’s go to find it together !
