Absolutely focused

Today I watched a short film. The title is “Does closing your eyes help you remember things better?” According to the description of the film, when we want to recall the visual object, closing our eyes can help us think back. Similarly, if we want to recall a certain voice, reducing other auditory interference can help us think back. So when we want to recall the meaning of an English word or clause, because of involving the images and feelings , we must be absolutely focused .
