It’s a sunny day today, So my husband and I decided to take a walk along the river with my daughter and dog.

We dressed in thick clothes to stay warm. When we stepped outside, we realized it was actually quite warm and even hot. There were so many people outside. Technically, it’s a winter holiday. 

A woman was walking her two dogs; one was black, and the other one was yellow. My dog, Dudu, wanted to play with them. I held the leash tightly to prevent him from getting into a scuffle with the other dogs, especially if the other two dogs were males. A few minutes later,  the woman took the leashes off her dogs and let them run free on the grass. I noticed that the yellow dog was very playful and happy. The dog ran onto the ice on the river. But the ice wasn’t thick. The dog slipped, fell through a crack in the ice,  and ended up in the water. She tried to climb out using her paws, and after a struggle,  she finally managed to get out. Many people laugh at the silly dog. The woman didn’t notice her dog had fallen through until she heard people talking about it. 

Meanwhile, Dudu still wanted to play with other dogs. I took off his leash when we reached a patch of grass where there were no other dogs. He was extremely happy and rolling around and having fun. Leaves and grass got stuck in his fur. I ran after him as he enjoyed his freedom. 

We headed back home when my daughter fell asleep.
