The old man said to the child, “Clenched fist and tell me what it feels like.”
The child said：”A bit tired!”
Old man said :”Try to apply some more power!”
Child said :”More tired.”
Old man said :”Then let go of your hand!”
Child said :”Ha! I feel much more relaxed”
Old man said :”When you feel tired, the more you tighten, the more tired you are. If you let it go, you will be relaxed!”
