When I learned The Third Ear of page 13-14,I think is not difficult,but it also not easy.I think that is not difficult, I can write the simple sentence,and I can converse a simple sentence with Foreign coach.I always told my Chinese coach that is amazing,and my Chinese coach is so kind ,she told me I can do it,and tell me how to do it is better and better.

I also think that is not easy, I still spend more time to learn English.I search the foreign video online and practice the pronounce more and more,but now I think English is interesting.

my experience of traditional foreign language classes is the same as the author’s experience of learning French in class.When I was student,our English teacher always asked us read a passage loudly ,our English teacher taught clearly,but I still didn’t understand what is the passage mean.I struggled to learn the English and believed I can do it.in the end,I only know a few words.I feel upset and that time,I think English is difficult for me.

The author said even thought he doesn’t know the word what is that mean,he can still communicate effectively in the English language.That is called “semiotics”.I don’t have that “talent”,when I reading the English,if I don’t understand the word,I will want to know what to know what is that mean and check the dictionary ,maybe when I read the passage more and more,I have that “talent” too.
