How do most people respond to the idea that it is possible to learn a new language very quickly? Why do they think this way?

When the author told people about it is possible to learn a new language very quickly, he got two different reactions, the first  reaction  is they just simply didn’t believe that it is possible

and the other action is they considered the author had a talent for learning a  new language

Most people are struggling to learn a new language, they don’t even believe that they have the ability to pick up a new language easily and effectively.

 

How does the story about the tennis coach relate to the topic of learning a language? What is the relationship between learning how to play tennis and learning a new language?

The author gave a story about the tennis coach who taught a 55-year-old and overweight woman to play tennis in 20 minutes successfully was to tell the reader it is possible to get a new skill quickly whatever Learning English or Playing tennis.

Even if you have appropriate methods to do things you will master playing tennis or learning a new language easily and quickly. if you have mastered the skills to play tennis you will  learn a new language faster than ever you  imagined could be possible 

 

Explain your understanding of why the author uses examples of Asian languages to illustrate his points. Why does he not use European languages for his examples?
The author intended to do this because the differences between Asian and non-Asian languages are very large, and People in the western world considered commonly Asian languages are the hardest to learn.

and the principles that in his book can help the readers learn any language even though the hardest Asian languages

    Remember to start sentences with a Capital letter for the first word. e.g. “and the principles…” should be “And the principles …”
