Although there are many “thrifty water” singboards in public , many people thought that is not necessary,they thought clean water is plenty .

In the North,Part of clean water was polluted by factory , the water became squalid . So people need to buy pure water to drink ,the situation was always mentioned by newspaper.

In order to protect environment,thrifty water is the first thing we can do.
