today is a busy day , I spend all of my energy on my work .now I fell very tired , I don’t want to do anything ,don’t want to go anywhere  .so today’s dinner ,I will eat a bowl of  fast food noodle , and eat a pick of watermelon .

I want to take a shower ,stay in the shower is very comfortable .today I learn some short sentence .

spill and pour , I don’t know the differences of them .

now I fell very very tired ,my brain hurt ,I need to have a rest  .
