It’s sunny today, it had  already been 8:30 when i got to the entrance gate of  our company,for the traffic jam in  rush hour, I was ten minutes later to reach the destination than usual, but fortunately at the last I didn’t miss the time

.As a leader of the design department ,I never force my owns options on other mind, do what you want to do ,do what you like to do,It is enough as long as they achieve  the goal on time which is distributed by me ,because  I  know their feelings as subordinate; everyone will experience  the process of growth and want to be paid more attention on their achievements ; thinking for other you need to stand in their positions ;eventually ,All the hard things will become more easier
