Focusing on your self-impovement

Last yesterday I slept not well, I felt so bad in my head, I just wanted to go to bed in my mind, but I had to work sitting on my chair。

night, I took a pill it was called MELATONIN which can improve my sleep, and it worked, I slept so well last night. hah hah.

today what I am thinking is focusing on what you’re improving not what you have had。

start each day with a  goal and end each with a little improvement. and never waste your time on something that you have not had now.
