2. smite:(old use) to hit something with a lot of force.

I read the book that use ‘smite’ in the sentence.I don’t know what is mean,so I check the dictionary that means to hit something.

3. smog:dirty air that looks like a minute of smoke and FOG,caused by smoke from cars and factories in cities.

Even though there are smog in Beijing,but many young people like to go there.They think if you have a dream,you need to go to there,but I don’t think so.

4. swallow:a small black and shite bird that comes to northern countries in the summer.

In spring,many swallows will come to our city.You look at them in the sky,it is beautiful.and sometimes,you find that they built the house in your roof,it’s interesting.

5. swan:a large white bird with a long neck that lives on rivers and lakes.

A story is said that a ugly duck was born in the word.but other animals don’t like it.so it always feel sad.for a few months,it went towards the lake and looked at itself in the lake.it discovered that become beautiful swan.and now I know it is impossible,but when I was a child,I think it is a warm story.
