How to introduce yourself?
How to introduce yourself? That’s a funny question. When I young, as first time I go to school, the teacher let talk about myself to the brunch of strangers. for a young boy who has a big nose on his face give him a somewhat stupid appearance, to say nothing of strange accent. You could think that how funny I am. Never mind, the troubles of adolescence.
Have you ever thinking about is there a necessary to introduce yourself to someone? If you want, so how do you do that can make you not like a laughing stock (as I did in my youth).
The following Suggestions came from the Google Search:
Dress
First, the most do not care about your inner, especially you are nobody. At the most circumstance, particularly the first in the meeting. People always have a quick assessment through you surface, unfair, isn’t it? Here some funny things:
On average we live for 78.3 years. Most of us remember the people we meet after age 5. Assume we interact with 3 new people a new day, 365 days in a year plus leap years day is 365.24.
In total it will be (78.3 -5) *3 *365.24=80,000 people. For new, the total population is
7.6 billion.so take up 1.05%. but for most people meet 3 new people per day is unrealistic. Nothing to say, you guys meet and did not have an effective conversation to understand each other.
So, Today is always saying that “Good looking is the everything” but we both know it is wrong, but who cares.
Prepare what you say
Plan on first few speaking moments of your introduction
that smooth feeling can give inner peace,
especially for those people who use English as a second language.
Some tips:
- Establish a solid foundation, speak your name boldly. (most do the contrary as I)
- The introduction preparing need limited to 1 or 3 minutes. (tips: if you want to talk more it’s all depend on you)
- Before talking make some practices in your mind. (trust me that a good tip because I do it)
what you wear is a part of who you are, the more important things are the way in your speaking and thought in your words
