I have passed the test of the pages 18-19 of The Third Ear,and I want to share my thoughts of reading the pages with you guys.

  The first one is :How do most people respond to the idea that it is possible to learn a new language very quickly?

  Well,most of us do not believe that we can learn any new language faster than we thought,because in our minds,most of us think that learn a new thing will take us a lot of time ,especially a language,as we were a student,the smart one of us can reach a higher score of the  language exam,and the score is the only one that can show us smart or not,if you are smart,you can get a higher score of the test,and when we grow-up,the language we spoken was not a test,and the score proved nothing,and most of us thought we are not the smart one,so they do not believe that they can learn a language easily and effectively.

  The second one is:how does the story about the tennis coach relate to the topic of learning a language ?what is the relationship between learning how to play tennis and learning a new language ?

  There has a related of play tennis and learning a new language,it is skill,yes,learning a new language as the same as play the tennis,both of them are skills,not a subject,if we want to master a new skill that we have to master the methods of the skill.and practice makes perfect,and if we take the language learning as a skill learning,we will master the language faster than we thought.

  The last one is:Explain your understanding of why the author uses examples of Asian language to illustrate his points, why does he not use European languages for his examples?

   There has many difference between Asian languages and Non-Asian languages,for example,the difference between Chinese and Japanese is less than Chinese and the English.if two languages are related to each other,and they will influence each other ,like Chinese and Japanese,Chinese and Vietnamese,Korean  and Japanese.for instance.but in two different languages ,they has less similar to each other ,and most of us will know that we can not learn it quickly,because we never met the language before,but the author have done this deliberately,for the sake of us will truly understand of   the core of The Third Ear ,anyone can learn any new language faster than they thought be .

    Ok,for the last,I want to share my opinion of language learning is just slow down and find your speed and rhythm ,and so did the life.enjoy it!
