7:00-7:30 After getting up practice some spoken English of first lesson.

8:00-8:30 Studying some parts before work.

8:30-12:20 Studying some non-spoken English of first lesson when work is not busy and write English diary.

13:00-13:30 finish the first lesson and pratice Spoken English in wechat group. 

14:30-17:30  start the second lesson when not busy.

19:00-22:00 finish the second lesson.
