Orla’s bolg three:the one want make sentence with the new words

In kungfuenglish fifth stage I got a new study way that when you learn FaceFnoics you can write the word you heard. I think the first sentence maybe too complicated, perhaps it’s time to learning the simple expression.

Anyawy, the new words I had learned these day including : celery /crunch/ ferry/ fence/ moss/ juggle/ jelly/ hop/ mat/ mop.

Celery: I’m not sure this word’s meaning ,base in my guess to make the sentence.——The celery has its special smell and taste, people always use it to decorate the food, but it’s one of my favorite food.

Crunch: Bites apple will make a big crunch sound.

Ferry: I can’t guess this word’s meaning.

Fence: The yarn with some fences.

Moss: The tree is easy to grow moss in the wet enviroment.

Juggle: There has many kinds of juggle in 马戏团.

Jelly: When I was young, I like to eat jelly.

Hop: I couldn’t get this word’s meaning too.

Mat: If you lay down on the floor with mat, you will feel more comfortable.

Mop: People use mop to clean the floor.

That’s all. Good night.

Orla, this is a great way to practice your new words, and do real communication at the same time. Wow!

A ferry is a type of boat – it carries people short distances. In Hong Kong there is a ferry called the Star Ferry, that takes people from Hong Kong Island to Tsim Sha Tsui in Kowloon. Other ferries go to some of the other islands.

To hop means to jump with just one leg. For this one, check the images in L2B. They should give you an idea, but it’s hard to draw because you need to see the movement.

If someone has a video of hopping that would be great.

Thank you for your help. But it’s pity that I could not login the foreign website in Chinese Mainland. And now I can imagine the movement about ‘hopping’.

When I was a chlid, I alway played hopping game with my brother and sister.
Travelling around Xiamen, we take a ferry to Gulangyu.
