After reading pages14-15 of The third ear 

 Let’s talk about : “ Are the children star to LearnEnglish easily or faster ? Or  Are the adults LearnEnglish easily and faster?” Or both.

 I think they are (both kind of people )same. If someone use method of learning is correct. Anyone can learn any language easily and effectively at any time. Age is not barrier. 
The different place’s children have a lot of time to learn. Every day they are practice it . Can though a picture or video to deep remember it. Don’t think other things. But the adults are different. They have to finish their job and their house work , maybe someone cooks every day, go to the laundry,…….a lot things most to do, when they done that things then to LearnEnglish , probably they are tired.

 I am sure somebody other one they do not have children

and job,,,,,some things. They can LearnEnglish very well.

Actually they have time more than the other one .

If you use your time at somewhere, then you will get a gains at somewhere.  If you used time long, then you will get the gains that will more.
