Hello everyone ,please call me David,this is my English name ，today I had a special question about how to speak English quickly,now i feel understood more and more ,just listen to English,but i have a big confusion ,why i can understand more and more,but i can not speak  very well, I want to keep diary every day but I cannot do it please tell me some advice ,while give some advice about how to speak quickly,when someone have some basics could be understand more and more,but speak is not very well ,last question i don’t know what stages am i in the English and what should I do in this stage,please give some very useful information,i will thanks a lot to you.
