Constantly being exposed to English

For the first time, when we meet new words or phrases that cannot be remembered, it doesn’t matter. If it is a high-frequency word (or phrase), there will definitely be a chance to meet again.

When I listened to and read The Third Ear, I had a deep understanding. Some words or phrases were very unfamiliar at first. After appearing repeatedly several times in different articles, even though I could not remember ,I gradually felt it’s pattern. Until one day, I was surprised to find that I was able to understand it unconsciously and naturally, and then blurted out.

Therefore, it is important to have constant exposure to English, which will prompt our brains to constantly perceive repetitive patterns and use it automatically.

Thank you for sharing this. Yes, we learn unconsciously, and when our brain is ready it will blurt things out.
