The author say although the baby don’t understand anything, the baby can learn a language well.

No. Most other people think to learn a new language by very difficult.
3. What are your views about how hard or easy it is to learn a foreign language?
My views about learning a foreign language are: first, like to learn a language; second, use a correct way to learn a language; third, need more practice the language. Then it will be easy learn a new language.

The author hopes people can learn a new language more easily.
