The part of L2B sharing

I just learnt the lesson 48 of L2B,I knew that the difference between talk and speak,”talk” is one to one exchange something by say sonething to each others,no matter how many persons are there, talk is only one to one talk, and I say something to you,and you say something back to me,we are exchanging something by talking.but “speak” is one to one or one to more than one,and “speak” is higher than others, there had a platform under the speaker, and “speak” has no informations exchange at the same time,”talk”  means we are equiment, but “speak” is the speak is higher than the audioences ,so when we talk to others means we express sometning then we got the feedback, but “speak” has no meaning of that, when we in a speech, the speech is over, and the host will ask a question, who got any questions?so talk and speak was different, you got me?

and the new phrase to me is wave your hands byebye,So I will use it as the end of my sharing, byebye(I’m waving my right hand when I say this).

    That’s a good question.
    I also often confuse.
Why we often say”Can you speak English?” not say”Can you talk English?”
Why we often say”Let’s talk English.” not say”Let’s speak English.”

After reading the explanation of this website, I finally understood.
