I want to told about page twelve and thirteen somehow the summarize, i got that it’s not a big matter, just the coffee shop position where is it, the first i got a name Many, is my friend, and she invites me to go drinks a coffee, then she arrive early there, she call me where is it,  i reply for is the coffee shop is left of the post office ? and Mandy said no, is the right of the post office, then we started argument on the phone,  we have to insist on myself, then we have not want to say sorry i am wrong for that, then in the end i really got a moment, is may be our viewpoint is different so we have no same opinion for that, however, when we calm down to figure out the problem, Mandy and i know we are wrong the insist our self, we have to listening to the other one person why is the different, and do not to reject, and we can peace and love the attitude to talk about them, then when i read that i totally understand a matters happening is include the different voice or opinions to say, so we have to learn accept that, and  the better communication is most important.
