Write about a misunderstanding that you once had with a friend or a family member 

About one week ago, my mother called me on the mobile phone and asked me to pick up her  from across the road that is beside our block at 1,30pm.In my mind,  she would be there at 1,40pm more or less,  because she normally is a little brash, and always arranges things in advance.So I went out at 1,25.However, she got the place at 1,30pm.When I saw her, it was already 1,32.She looked so angry, and blamed me all the time.I thought maybe because she lifted three big heavy bags that were all for me, and she was waiting for my help when she was exhausted,  but she couldn’t see me at the appointed time. I would had confirmed the schedule with her, however, I didn’t.Therefore, I took her anger in peace.In her perspective, I had no heart to serve the people.In my case, I was thoughtless and misunderstood the time that we agreed.

Discuss why language interpretation and translation is sometimes not very effectively

Things do get lost in language interpretation and translation.Interpreters always fail to convey all of the subtlety and the multiple levels of meaning that are present in the original message.In many cases, even though they understand what someone means ,they can’t give all the background to a word or phrase when they are interpreting in real time.So sometimes language interpretation and translation is not very effectively.It’s better to learn the language by ourselves.And not just to learn the language ,but to learn the cultural ‘stories’.
