How can we reduce the stress?
We can try this way :
Prepare a piece of paper and write down all the things we need to do.
Feel the burden gradually reduced while writing down.
And the list of tasks is clear at a glance, so that we can deal with in order.
Furthermore, it’s also a good way to help us get to sleep.
