Hi,guys,I am new here.I have used Kungfuenglish for one year.I love this app, because it helps me to interest in learning english. Now I am enjoying learning,and learning makes me happy.It is a big step for me to love learning. 

Every day, I learn kungfuenglish for 1-2 lessons. I have kept listening about 100 hours. I can listen to english clearly now, I can recognize the english pronounce and speed. I think it’s a great progress for me.Lol, I am very happy now. I also listen BBC learing english, there are many short conversations, I love them.It teaches me how to express somethings in daily life.It’s also very useful. 

When I listened the 2min conversation in BBC learning english. I took a wrong understanding. I think it’s very funny.I want to share with you. 

The conversation:

A:Think so.I’ve got the tickets,most importantly.Would not want to miss this concert.

B:Let’s me see.One,two,three…Neil?

A:There are only three tickets,you know Dan is coming,too. right?

B:Really, Oh man,We’re one short.

A:What to do?

B:I don’t know

A:Neil,it’s ok.I ‘ll take one for the team. I am a bit tired anyway.

The first understanding of the words “take one for the team”, I think A will buy a ticket for the team. But I did it wrong.  On the contrary, “take one for the team” is to give someting up for the benefit of others – usually for your friends or colleagues, or your sports team. So the true mean is A decided to let the others go to the concert instead of me.
