today i went to visit  my sister , we talk about my niece study status . recently she can’t get a good grade ,sometimes got a badly grade .I asked her “why do you “退步” so fast ?”

she said :”i don’t know “

my sister said :”she always  use the cell Phone , although doing homework  “

in the end of lunch ,we got the reason , use cell phone take her too much time ,she  has not enough time to learning and  sleeping  . 

we make a rule help her improve her grade  . everyday she can use cell pone 1 time, 30 mins a  time .

in order to import her grade , I taught her how to reach a good study status , when you start to learn any new knowledge ,don’t afraid  and nervous . let you brain keep relax  and   curious .it’s good for you learning .

I’m except her can improve grade .
