New idiom ~ “ pick on “

I learned new idiom-“pick on “from the Chapter 16 Of “The Third Ear” recently .

Original sentence:
“ I had to be the bad guy who made the mistake of picking on Chinese people on their own turf.”

“ pick on “means
“ to bully someone ,usually unfairly “

I try to practice making up sentences :

1. Eric relies on his power to often pick on the weak.
2. When Tom was very young, he always picked on his little sister.
3. My younger brother was always picked on at school.
