I learned a new word-“latitude “from the Chapter 15 Of “The Third Ear” recently .
Original sentence:
When it is clear to other people that you are learning their language they actually expect you to make mistakes and they give you a lot more latitude.
“ latitude “means
“ freedom to behave, act, or think in the way you want to”
I try to practice making up sentences :
1. We have considerable latitude in course design.
2. Children have greater latitude in choice of materials.
3. This gave me a huge amount of creative latitude in teaching.
