今天下午的状态非常棒，完成了11个番茄钟。

就是这样，每天给时间去复习。学新课，去玩。

 

而且我慢慢的摆脱了焦虑，我更加开心和兴奋了！i am very happy and excited!why am i excited?because i find a good idea!it made me very relax!i can do it!

 

Tomorrow I’ll get up at 6oclock.then i will go to outside for breakfast.there is a good breakfast restaurant nearly my home.i really like there for breakfast.they have many kind of food.at the winter time,it is very cold every day,so i usually have hot soup.the soups in there very delicious.when i drink it i always feel warm in my tummy.{do you know the soups names?}i am sorry.i am afraid I don’t know their english names,however.i can tell you their Chinese names,their Chinese names are 豆腐脑/豆浆/小米粥/胡辣汤.and they are very cheaper.{do you know another food there?}yes,they also sell pie/Chinese pie.and there have eggs or potatoes in it if you want.i usually have pie with potatoes and egg.it taste very delicious.but I didn’t want to have little more,i always feel full when I’ve ate a soup and a pie.finally i will go back home,for my english learning.i always feel relax,because my coach made me very happy and longfeihu teacher told me {you can do it}I believe these.i can do it!

At lunch,i make my lunch at home.i always eat lunch at home.because i like making food.{it tastes good?}of course.it usually tastes yummy.i like make Chinese food.i can fry many Chinese dish{菜}for example,i can fries tomato’s with eggs.and i have rice and noodles with it!

{how is you dinner?}i also make it at home.

Finish my dinner.i always feel tired so i take a nap.it is about 20 minutes break.then i read some books.sometimes i learn a little janpanese.{why do you learn janpanese?}wow!do you need to ask me so many questions?your questions have a lot!but no problem.because i like watching japanese tv show.they are very inteserting!{no,i feel boring}…do you have another questions?{yes,what kind of books do you like to read?}i like english books,but now i just know a few words.i usually read Chinese books they have changed form english words.{ok sounds interesting}i think so too.

{hey,what time is it?}it is nine twenty five pm.{when do you go to bed?{i go to bed at ten.{do you stay up late?}sometimes,little time.i need my sleep.i don’t want to make my english learning slowly.{oh,that is good}so i am going to washing my feet.bye for now!thank you.
